Shipping Information

• Most orders ship within 1 business day from when you place an order
• Custom-engraved orders take 3-4 business days to prepare for shipping
• Most orders ship USPS Priority unless you specify another method during checkout
• Orders of $99.00 or more receive FREE STANDARD GROUND SHIPPING within the fifty United States
• Free shipping applies only to standard ground service and cannot be used as credit toward expedited shipping methods or products and services
• Upon placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email and you will also receive an email with the tracking number when the order ships
• We're happy to help if you have any questions about your order during processing or shipping

Returns & Exchanges

• We accept returns or exchanges up to fourteen (14) days after your order is delivered
• If you are unhappy with your call for any reason, you can return it during this time period.
• Please let us know immediately if we mistakenly ship you the wrong item. Shipping errors are extremely rare but, if it happens, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
