Job Title: Shipping & Receiving Associate
Status: Full time
Comp Model: Hourly

Location: Home Office – Memphis, TN

Job Summary:

The role of Shipping & Receiving includes many duties, but all of them should lead up to customers having 100% confidence in buying from our brands. Whether it's an individual hunter or a large chain store, the primary goal is to ensure that our customers feel pride in their purchase and give them confidence that we do what we say we will do. An effective Shipping/Receiving team member does this by 1) accurate and timely receipt of inventory so the process gets off to the right start, 2) helping the Packaging/Prep staff have the resources to do their job accurately, 3) having pride in our products and wanting them to arrive to their destination looking and sounding great, and 4) showing customers our appreciation by delivering their orders on time and in full.

Duties (include, not limited to):
· Inventory receipt
· Internal movement of inventory through production and assembly
· Order prioritization
· Problem Solving
· Understanding key account shipping requirements
· Packing orders
· Processing shipments
· Scheduling freight
· Reconciling shipping discrepancies

· Proactively keep track of orders through the building, packing, and shipping process
· 100% accurate packing and shipment preparation
· 100% accurate receiving of new inventory
